We are a team of three senior HR advisors partnering with key stakeholders within the business. You will be responsible for providing general HR support and solutions. Acting as a coach on all things people including development, succession planning, performance and recruitment. We support line managers with onboarding of new colleagues, enabling our leaders to deliver the colleague engagement agenda by supporting the Greencore Way Awards and the annual People at the Core survey.
You will also provide support and guidance to colleagues on a range of issues including their terms and conditions of employment and Greencore’s group people policies.
This role will require some travel to other Greencore locations across the UK.Job Description

We are looking to hire a Senior HR Advisor on a 12 month contract to cover maternity. The HR team, based from our UK Centre at Barlborough, partner the central functions across the business - Commercial, Technical, IT, Finance, HR and Purchasing.What we’re looking for
