Our Site Services team is one of the UK’s market leaders delivering innovative difficult access solutions throughout the country and into a wide range of industry sectors.

We are recruiting for a Site Services Manager to manage and further develop the our team of access specialists. This is a team of highly skilled inspection engineers, project managers, rope access and confined space entry technicians who are responsible for providing expert advice and solutions to some of the most complex access problems found in industry. The team delivers to the highest standards all of the time and safety is our highest priority.

To be successful in this role you will be an experienced commercial and people manager who can support continued business growth by managing the team and overseeing the projects that they deliver. You will have expert experience of industrial rope access and confined space entry working, you will demonstrate the highest standards for health and safety and will help your team deliver on quality and performance promises to our customers.

Reporting to the Technical Director, you will be responsible for managing health and safety, people, sales, quality and costs and delivering on the strategic objectives of the company.

To qualify for this Site Services Manager role, you will be a confident communicator and be able to solve complex customer problems. You will have experience of managing a team and able to demonstrate how you have built relationships with customers to build and grow business. You will have a good understanding of commercial principles, health, safety, quality and cost control.

You will be based within the Stafford office, but UK travel will be required to visit sites and clients.
