We are currently seeking a Quality Compliance Coordinator to join our team at BRUSH Switchgear in Blackwood, South Wales.  

The Quality Compliance Coordinator will assist in ensuring the company is fully compliant of national, international standards and regulations relevant to our industry which are, but not limited to: ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 (OHSAS 18001), RISQS, Achilles, ENA.

Main Responsibilities

The Compliance Co-ordinator will support the Compliance Manager in all aspects of Business-Critical Compliance as defined in the key responsibilities below:

Manage the CAPA syste

Assist in collating data to maintain ISO 9001/ISO 14001/OHSAS 18001 (ISO 45001) certification, also but not limited to, Achilles and ENA.

Establish, implement and maintain processes required for the Quality Management System.

Generate KPI data required to support ISO requirements.

Documentation Control as per ISO 9001 requirements.

Liaise with external bodies on matters of certification

Raise Purchase Requisitions to ensure payment of certification bodies and relevant subscriptions.

Lead and Conduct Internal and External Audits.

Assist with the management of the Internal and external Audit Programme

Review and collate Internal Audit documentation on submission from Internal         Auditors.

Generate appropriate actions from External audits.

Lead and Host on-site certification audits

Assist in the development of the Integrated Management System (Quality, Health, Safety & Environmental

Support the Compliance Manager in operational aspects, driving forward change in line with business needs.

Continuous improvement of company compliance.

Person Specification

Quality management and manufacturing experience - Essential

Qualified and experienced internal auditor - Essential

Qualified and experienced Lead auditor - Desirable

Proficient in dealing with all elements surrounding ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 (ISO 45001) - Desirable

IOSH qualified - Desirable
