This is a fantastic opportunity to work as a Supply Chain Co-Ordinator on an external contract for Foodbuy! 

We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Co-Ordinator to join our team at London Euston, ensuring that all of the catering and consumable requirements are supplied and at the station as needed. 

The successful candidate will be part of a busy, dedicated and fast paced team who are keen to move the supply chain forwards. You must be able to work in fast moving environments to meet the necessary targets and SLAs!

Main Responsibilities

The successful Supply Chain Co-Ordinator will be responsible for the following: 

  • Liaise with the client team to understand the product requirements across all service centres
  • Accountable for monitoring actions driven by product supply and service level reports to ensure continuity of supply
  • Stock Management for consumables, food and beverages
  • Drive improvements in product availability levels through a number of key competencies
  • Maintain & set up of product information on both ordering platforms & inventory/shipping software
  • Ensuring products are available through the most appropriate route to market
  • Ensuring current product SKU’s are maintained and communicated effectively when changes are implemented
  • Liaise with clients and third parties to advise of any stock issues which will affect availability to trains
  • Pro-actively manage supply issues to support the wider team
  • Actively communicate and contribute to the wider team ensuring all stakeholders are aware and informed at all times
  • Working within the safety guidelines at all times to supply safe products from agreed suppliers
The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for applicants with the following experience: 

  • Experience in supply chain 
  • Ideally experience in the food sector 
  • Proven experience of working proactively 
  • Ability to work logical through enquiries and provide solutions 
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Exceptional computer skills, including the use of MS Excel 
  • Proven team player 
  • Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships
