Cool Recruitment is recruiting for an Resourcer Administrator to join our professional and friendly recruitment team at our based in Livingston. This is a great time to be joining our team
The working hours are Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00pm
Your key responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
· Building client and candidate relationships
· Updating the company website, secondary job sites, and social media platforms
· Using various channels to source new jobs and candidates through leads and initiative
· Assisting with payroll and liaising with accounts team
· Handling inbound and outbound calls
· Advertising/refreshing job vacancies
· Creating and updating booking forms for placements
· Formatting CVs for candidate submissions
· Maintaining compliance records
· Inputting and updating the database with candidate and client records
· Assisting Consultants with daily tasks and holiday cover
· Using Outlook, Word, and Excel confidently
The ideal candidate will have previous administration experience, be computer literate, and possess a strong work ethic. You must be confident working in a collaborative office environment, supporting the team while also taking initiative in day-to-day tasks. An excellent telephone manner and good computer skills are essential, as are strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise work accordingly. Prior experience within a recruitment environment is desirable, although full In-house training will be provided.
