We are now seeking an Assurance Manager to join our team in Belfast. 

 What you’ll do:

• Accountable for ensuring that suitable systems and processes are in place to ensure statutory and operational compliance requirements are achieved across the client estate.
• Coordinate workflows across teams so that asset information received from capital and revenue projects/activities is processed correctly to inform PPM schedules and compliance requirements.
• Responsible for undertaking and coordinating competency reviews of contractors and for ensuring contractors adhere to prescribed procedures and processes such as permit to work, signing-in, maintenance standards, and provision of documentation.
• Create and maintain professional relationships with all stakeholders, delivering effective business communication including advice, review, leadership and contribution to management and team meetings, including both formal and ad-hoc reporting;
• Deliver reports on statutory and operational compliance as required to the client.

What you bring:

• Membership of a relevant professional body, e.g. CIOB, RICS, IWFM, CIBSE CIAT, RIBA etc.

• Clear understanding of statutory compliance requirements.

• Up to 5 years’ experience delivering facility maintenance in a custody environment.

• Clear understanding of relevant current and future legislative and regulatory requirements

• Demonstratable ability to prioritise and problem-solve technical issues, often under pressure, utilising innovative solutions as required.

• Strong planning and coordination abilities.

• Awareness of and ability to deliver contractual requirements such as audit and reporting.

• Current valid driving license and access to a car

• £41,000 to £47,000per annum
