Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse by managing various tasks related to inventory control, shipping, and receiving. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties
Operate warehouse management systems to track inventory and manage stock levels.

Perform picking and packing of orders accurately and efficiently.

Handle shipping and receiving tasks, including verifying shipments against purchase orders.

Load and unload goods from lorries, ensuring safe handling of materials.

Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor equipment issues as they arise.

Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.

Operate forklifts safely for moving heavy items within the warehouse.

Assist in materials handling, ensuring proper storage and retrieval of products.

Engage in heavy lifting as required, ensuring proper techniques are used to prevent injury.

Experience

Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred but not mandatory.
Experience with picking and packing processes is desirable.
A valid forklift licence is preferred; however, training may be provided for the right candidate.
Ability to perform heavy lifting consistently throughout the shift is essential.
