At Diaverum, we're excited to offer an incredible opportunity for nurses (whether you're experienced or in training) to join our clinic in Thamesmead. As a renal nurse, you'll specialize in a dynamic dialysis environment while building meaningful patient relationships.

Patient-Centred Care

Our exceptional nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:4 ensures you have ample time to provide holistic care to your patients. Our clinic is open from Monday to Saturday offering you the flexibility and work-life balance you've been searching for. 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Developing and overseeing care plans for renal patients.
  • Ensuring clinical activities are meticulously documented.
  • Preparing and monitoring dialysis machines and systems.
  • Reviewing pre and post-hemodialysis care with patients.
  • Collaborating within a multi-disciplinary team.


 Requirements:

  • NMC Registered General Nurse or due to qualify soon.
  • Familiarity with the NMC code of professional conduct.
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Positive and dynamic approach to delivering safe and effective care.
  • Excellent English communication skills.

 

What We Offer:

  • Full-time position (37.5 hours per week).
  • Monday to Saturday shifts, with no night or Sunday work.
  • Starting Salary of up to £33,719 based on dialysis experience plus a location allowance
  • Overtime paid at time and a half after completing full-time hours.

Please note that clinical experience in a renal setting is preferred but not essential, as we provide comprehensive training.
