Tennial personnel are seeking Production Line Grading Operatives to work for our client based in Colchester Essex – this is a temporary to permanent position upon completing the probation period (8 weeks) working a shift pattern of 7.00am to 6.00pm Monday to Thursday and & 7.00am to 4.00pm on Fridays with extra shifts available on weekends at overtime rate, ( optional ) Duties will include grading Onions and packing of onions , Inspecting product to achieve final quality, Rotating product to present to machinery, quality checking finished product ,Packing finished product , , standing duties, Adhering to Health and Safety practices, Full training and PPE will be provided. Ideal applicant will be self-motivated, be reliable, A team player and have a conscientious approach with attention to detail. Transport due to location is desirable.
