Job Title: Marketing and Communications Manager
Reports to: Director of Income Generation & Marketing
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 35 Hours a Week
Place of work: Hybrid - Home and Head Office

We aim to provide services and facilities that encourage autistic children and adults to live a rich and fulfilling life.We achieve this through our specialist co-educational school, residential and supported living, training, education and diagnostic services.
This is an exciting time to join the charity as we embark on an ambitious plan to grow our income, increase awareness of the organisation and the reach of our charitable and not for profit services.
The Role:
As Marketing & Communications Manager you will be integral to developing and communicating our brand and messages consistently internally and externally.You will lead on raising awareness, supporting income generation and evolve the profile of Autism Anglia and its work, whilst supporting the promotion of Autism Anglia services and projects.You will develop, implement and monitor marketing & communications strategies, leading and motivating staff and volunteers to achieve agreed targets and objectives.
