Job Title: Auditor / Examiner
Location: UK & Ireland (Remote working with extensive travel)
Salary: £45,000 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday – Friday)
Annual Leave: 26.5 days (including 3.5 days during Christmas shutdown) plus 8 statutory UK bank holidays
Pension: 4.5% employer contribution, 4.5% employee contribution (includes death-in-service benefit at 2x salary)

Overview:
This is a busy, varied, and demanding role where your work will be largely scheduled by the head office team. You will conduct audits, assessments, and examinations across various locations in the UK and Ireland. The role requires extensive travel with overnight stays, occasionally beginning on Sunday evenings. Some activities can be completed from home.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide guidance and advice to customers on matters relating to Material Handling Equipment (MHE) training and safety
Arrange and conduct LGV Exam Centre audits, offering guidance/advice on LGV training and safety
Examine and assess candidates who have undertaken MHE instructor/assessor qualification courses
Conduct LGV instructor exams
Ensure all reports and assessment evidence are of high quality and accurately recorded
Audit RTITB accredited organisations, ensuring compliance with clients guidance and criteria, upholding published standards
Collaborate with team members to continuously improve clients services
Attend team standardisation meetings
Engage in relevant continuous professional development (CPD)
Maintain safe systems of work at all times

Essential Requirements:
Current or expired Lift Truck Instructor qualification (RTITB, ITSSAR, AITT, NPORS, or LANTRA)
Current C+E LGV Licence

Ability to work effectively without supervision
Unbiased assessment and decision-making
Desirable Qualifications:
LGV Instructor qualification (current or expired from DVSA, RTITB, NVDIR, NRI)
ISO9001 Lead Auditor qualification (or equivalent)
5+ years' experience delivering LGV or MHE training
ADI qualification
