Apogee, Europe's leading multi-brand provider of managed print services, is seeking a skilled Application Workflow Development and Support Consultant to join our dynamic Professional Services team.
- Lead the configuration, development, and implementation of automated workflows that enhance business processes for a diverse range of clients, including SMEs, enterprises, and public sector organizations.
- Provide expert technical support for enterprise-level applications, ensuring seamless operation and swift resolution of any issues.
- Work directly with clients, both remotely and on-site, to integrate our software solutions into their IT environments, leveraging your strong networking fundamentals.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Pre-Sales and Project Management, to ensure successful project delivery within agreed timelines.
- Maintain detailed documentation of all configurations, code, and processes to ensure smooth handovers and ongoing support.
