As our Shrinkage Analyst, you’ll be at the heart of our Loss Prevention strategy, using your analytical skills to contribute to reducing stock loss and identifying areas of improvement. You'll work closely with colleagues from all areas of the business, including Store and Regional Managers, Finance, and Senior Teams.

- Based at our Liverpool Head Office

Job Overview
- Plan & Coordinate stocktake dates with third parties and Regional Managers.
- Analyse Stocktake Data, identifying anomalies, and recommending corrective actions.
- Monitor Shrinkage Trends to highlight risk stores, product categories, and emerging issues.
- Produce Weekly, Monthly & Ad Hoc Reports for Retail, Distribution, and the wider business.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure reports are understood and actions implemented.
- Report Shrinkage Figures to the Finance department on a monthly basis.
- Improve Data Systems, enhancing the quality and accuracy of Shrinkage reporting.
- Oversee Stock Transfer Accuracy and ensure timely resolution of any discrepancies.
- Lead & Support the Shrinkage Team Administrator in their daily tasks.
Minimum Criteria To Apply
- Retail Shrinkage experience would be beneficial but isn’t essential – what matters most is your analytical mindset and your drive to improve systems and performance.
- Advanced Excel skills and a passion for data analysis.
- Experience in producing clear, concise reports at all business levels.
- Strong numerical skills with the ability to handle large volumes of data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Confidence in engaging with stakeholders and contributing to business-wide strategy discussions.
