We’re looking for talented Junior Designers to join our Graphics team, working on a variety of exciting categories:

• Clothing: Focus on textiles, fashion, and fabric designs that captivate and inspire.
• Creative Packaging Artworker: Balance creativity with functionality to produce eye-catching packaging and product prints.
• Cards/Bags/Wrap: Start as an artworker but unleash your creativity to eventually lead your own range.
• Gifting/Seasonal: Bring your designs to life with a blend of artistry and practicality.

• £25,000 per annum
• Based at our Liverpool Head Office
• 28 days paid holiday per annum, rising to 33 days upon 5 years’ service (inclusive of bank holidays)

• Manage design requests, ensuring all artwork is on trend, customer-focused, and compliant with regulatory and branding guidelines.
• Create sample artwork and prototypes for review, ready to be turned into final products.
• Work closely with the design team, suppliers, and buyers to resolve design issues and perfect the final product.
• Stay ahead of industry trends through comp shopping, store visits, and attending trade shows.
• Contribute your ideas and feedback to improve our team processes and overall product range.

• A degree in design or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite.
• A creative flair with a strong sense of customer focus and commercial awareness.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
• Experience managing stakeholders and working within cross-functional teams.
• Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
