What You'll Do
As an IT Service Desk Analyst, you're not just fixing problems; you're the backbone of the company's IT functionality. Your responsibilities include:
- holistic IT Support: Provide comprehensive support for hardware and software, including Windows 10 & 11 OS.
- troubleshooting: Be the go-to person for resolving technical issues.
- ticket Management: Use our state-of-the-art Service Desk system to manage tickets from start to finish.
- knowledge Sharing: Contribute to and update our Knowledgebase.
- cybersecurity: Ensure IT services comply with Information Security requirements.
- remote & On-Site Support: Understand the unique needs of remote staff and provide unwavering support.
- SLA Development: Contribute to creating and maintaining our internal Service Level Agreements (SLA’s).
- asset Management: Keep track of all IT assets and ensure all employees have the hardware and equipment they need.
- be a Team Player: Work collaboratively and independently, managing your time and multiple tasks effectively.
