OPERATIONS MANAGER

UP TO £70,000 PER ANNUM DOE

Operations Manager required immediately to join a manufacturing company in Nottingham. The role will involve overseeing all parts of the business to make sure it is ran as effectively and efficiently as possible.

Duties will include:
- Overseeing both the factory and on-site crews
- Being a strong leader and mentor to all members of staff
- Review and supervise all projects to make sure they are on schedule and budget
- Manage and implement new processes to make the company as efficient as possible
- Comply with all regulations both in the factory and on-site
- Reviewing and improving systems and processes
- Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Keeping producing running effectively and dealing with any unexpected problems

All you need to be considered is:
- Previous experience within a similar operations manager role
- Strong leadership and man-management skills
- Be confident overseeing over 20 members of staff
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Be able to deal with resilience and remain calm and collected
- Have a high attention to deal
