Objective of role
The Housing Area Team are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to be part of a busy and fast paced administration team of four.
Within this role, you will learn how to deliver excellent customer service surrounding repairs and maintenance, dealing with emergency and routine repairs, tenancy sign ups and permits. You will be working to provide effective and efficient administration, within a team providing housing management services to approximately 8000 properties.
About the role
Your role will be essential in providing administrative support to both technical and Estate Management officers as well as senior management.
Within the role you will learn how to make quick decisions, deciding the best course of action for emergency repairs. You will deal with telephone and personal enquiries from members of the public, contractors, and leaseholders both face to face in housing reception and via telephone, developing a broad knowledge base around tenancy management and housing policy.
