The role of the Strategic Partnership Development Manager will be utilising strong client relationships, our strategic partnership development manager will work with our partners and internal stakeholders to identify and validate new opportunities; propose, interpret, and define solutions and lead on propositional development to improve the customer experience. This may involve project managing opportunities through to completion or supporting our partners whilst other project and programme resource deliver solutions.  To deliver sales / profitable growth through the acquisition of new, and management of existing, partner relationships.

  • Establish, develop, and lead an effective partnership with key clients’ partners, as well as the day-to-day management of the partnership agreement
  • Work with our partners to capture requirements and introduce innovative ways of working.  Providing strategic and tactical support to the Exec and senior management and turning insight into tangible, deliverable plans
  • Project management – Formulate implementation plans for, and mobilise, strategic initiatives ensuring all requirements/changes are delivered successfully.
  • Data analysis – Develop financial models and business cases to support analyses and enable data-driven decision-making.

  • Business Acumen
  • Ability to think strategically to foster relationships and that contribute to the organisation’s growth and success.
  • Previous line management experience.
  • An experienced strategy/operational development professional leader who has a strong reputation and who has held a high level of influence within their current or previous role.
  • Demonstrable experience in leading strategic projects
  • Strong analytical skill set
  • Comfortable working with an environment of ambiguity and high degree of complexity
  • A great communicator, happy to liaise and influencing at senior levels, both internal and external
  • Intellectually curious, with high energy and resilient, able to thrive in a fast paced and constantly evolving business
  • Experience and accomplishments in business development account management and project management
  • Ability to support your business unit/team to deliver our ESG Strategy – Decade to Deliver.
