The Role
Express new ideas, take initiative and save lives. Others talk about being brave, at IC24, we’re made that way.
From providing high quality integrated urgent care for over six million people, to thinking of innovative solutions for our patients – every role at IC24 is made to be brave.
IC24 is looking for a dedicated Compliance Lead to join our team. We are seeking an experienced Compliance Lead with good knowledge of IR35 legislation. The ideal candidate will be confident in their expertise, capable of holding managers and stakeholders accountable, and adept at challenging decisions when necessary. Previous experience in a senior role is essential.
As the Compliance Lead at IC24, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that the off payroll working rules are monitored and applied correctly to all clinical and non-clinical contracts.
The successful candidate will develop and implement robust compliance strategies tailored specifically for off-payroll working within the United Kingdom, ensuring alignment with HMRC laws and other relevant regulations. Also, you will need to conduct regular audits and assessments to identify any organisational compliance risks. You will then implement measures to mitigate these risks.
If you are passionate about compliance and ensuring regulatory standards are met, we would love to hear from you.
