We’re looking for a People Partner to join our Turtle Bay Family which is located in the South. This is a great opportunity to join the People Team in a vibrant, fast-growing brand.


The People Partner role is pivotal to the success of our People First Culture. We aim to become the best employer in our sector, attracting, retaining, and developing the best talent. We do this by building great teams and making people happy, always doing the right thing.


This role forms an interdependent working relationship with our Regional Operations Managers and Support Teams to deliver a proactive, responsive, and added-value generalist HR service. This role is based from home and requires weekly travel across the southern regions (London, South West, South East, and South Coast), with occasional overnight stays.


This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious southern People Partner to bring their unique vibe and expertise to our Turtle Bay Family. We are looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years experience in a People Partner role and is level 7 CIPD qualified. We would love someone who has been strongly involved with talent management and succession planning.

  • Leads by example with honesty, integrity, and consistency. Always doing the right thing for our people.
  • Leads the talent strategy in their regions, ensuring the right people are in the right roles. Focusing on retaining the top talent, effectively managing underperformers, identifying talent shortages and supporting on a plan of action.
  • Supports the Regional Operations Managers by providing HR specialist advice and options to achieve required outcomes.
  • Drives consistent best practices across the regions and Support Centre, with ways of working, employee relations, and the Turtle Bay Culture.
  • Always takes a pragmatic approach to how we look after our people when dealing with all people processes.
  • Partnering with the Regional Operations Manager and other key functions of the people team such as recruitment, training, Equality & Inclusion to ensure all projects and initiatives are clearly communicated and implemented effectively.
  • Leading initiatives in line with the People strategy that builds trust with the region, enhances employee engagement, and strengthens leadership effectiveness.
  • Understanding the business and the external people challenges when supporting the delivery of people initiatives.
  • Understands the people data in the region, and identifies trends to support the Operations Managers to help them with decision-making.
