WHAT YOU’LL BE UP TO

ATTRACTION Source candidates for temporary positions through various channels, including online job boards, social media, networking, and referrals |
|
|
ASSESSMENT Conduct pre-screening interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and compatibility with client needs |
|
|
RECRUITMENT LIFECYCLE Manage the full cycle recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and client |
|
|
PROCESS Maintain accurate records and documentation in the applicant tracking system (ATS), keeping track of candidate progress and interactions to facilitate efficient hiring processes |
