You'll be a natural leader with a passion for innovation. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the business, fostering strong relationships and clear communication. Your expertise in Agile methodologies will be instrumental in helping us achieve maximum efficiency.

About You:

• Proven track record in programme management
• Experience working in Agile at a programme level
• Strong problem-solving skills and a "can-do" attitude
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A desire to mentor and develop others

A bonus if you have:

• Experience in the Freight, Supply Chain or Logistics industry
• Knowledge of Agile techniques
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps or Monday.com
