Account Manager – Grounds Maintenance

Reporting into the Head of Grounds, the Account Manager will manage and motivate a team of field-based grounds maintenance staff to deliver efficient, effective and safe service provision, in line with agreed budgets and service specification within our housing association contracts. The Account Manager will be hands on visiting contracts to drive the performance and offer close analysis of the Business and production of operating strategies for the region.

As Account Manager, you’ll have:

  • Working knowledge of multi-site grounds maintenance contract delivery
  • Strong communication skills so that our clients and your team know what is going on at all times and how you are supporting them
  • Proven organisation and time management skills
  • Plenty of experience in recruiting, managing and coaching staff
  • Passion for providing a supportive and empowering environment for your team
  • You’ll always think one step ahead and look to improve the way we work
  • You’ll be required to travel to different client sites on a daily basis so a clean driving license is essential
