Queen Elizabeth's School is looking for a {Deputy Headteacher } to join our fantastic {Team:} team.

Actual Salary {£77,195 - £85,146} per annum (Leadership scale L21 to L25).

This job is Full Time and is offered on a Permanent basis.

We are seeking to appoint an ambitious, innovative and an outstanding Deputy Headteacher to lead the curriculum. Are you ready for the next step in your career or are you a current Deputy Headteacher seeking new opportunities?

Under the overall direction of the Headteacher, you will support and lead the improvement and development of the school and be responsible for the standards and curriculum of pupils including monitoring of progress towards achievement. You will support and secure outstanding teaching for all students through understanding the features of curriculum design. You will contribute to professional development of staff and you will be provided with opportunities to enhance and develop your skills in all areas of school leadership.

The ideal candidate for this opportunity will have a record of leading in the secondary phase and will be able to demonstrate effectively leading and motivating students and staff. They will need to be an excellent communicator and will be able to prioritise effectively.
