About the Job
As a Duty / Aquatics Manager you will be reporting to the Assistant General Manager. Your responsibilities will include the day-to-day running of health and safety on poolside, managing the lifeguard team, coordinating wet side timetables, events and rotas; as well as acting as duty manager for the leisure centre. Ultimately, you will ensure all operations flow smoothly and help us meet our company goals.

To be successful in this role, you will have experience of wet side operations within the leisure sector, as well as previous supervisory experience and the ability to communicate clearly, influence and motivate staff. Experience of working within a Health & Safety critical environment with the ability to understand and implement legislation in the operational environment is essential.
