Responsibilities:

Assemble various packing/filling machines ready for production starters
Keeping machines filled with product and packaging so production doesn’t stop
Dismantle clean and reassemble machines at the end of production shift
Keeping workplace clean & tidy at all times
Maintain optimum efficiency on machines
To adhere to production schedule (running order and quantities).
Identification and reporting of early warning signs for faults.
To adhere to agreed quality standards in both product and packaging.
Responsible for ensuring that quality assurance (weight and gauge) checks are regularly undertaken in accordance with quality procedures and accurately recorded on the data capture.

Requirements:

Previous experience in machine operation, preferably with shredding equipment, is a plus.
Possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Ability to operate heavy machinery and lift moderate loads as needed.
Strong attention to detail, ensuring the accurate execution of shredding tasks.
