Facilities Services Manager (Soft Services)

As a Facilities Services Manager at Sodexo in Central London, you will lead, develop, manage, and motivate high-performing teams in the provision of onsite soft services, including Cleaning, Waste, Horticulture, Pest Control, Postroom, and Security across the NBCU portfolio. What you’ll do:

  • Lead, develop, and manage teams to deliver exceptional soft services.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients based on mutual trust.
  • Support the Account Manager in driving innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure full compliance with statutory, legislative, and client-specific requirements.
  • Maximise profitability and manage costs effectively.

What you bring:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience in facilities services management.
  • Familiarity with financial systems, budgetary control, and payroll requirements.
  • Understanding of Health & Safety legislation within the scope of the role.
  • Knowledge of the Sodexo brand and customer-focused service provision.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools and other relevant systems.
  • Adaptability, resilience, and forward-thinking.
  • Ability to interpret and utilize financial information.
