This role offers the opportunity to shape our financial directives and ensure a prosperous future for our communities. we seek an impactful Head of Treasury and Strategic Finance who embodies ambition, inclusivity, and accountability.Your Role:As the Head of Treasury and Strategic Finance, you will be at the helm of Eastlight’s financial command, guiding a team dedicated to excellence in treasury management, strategic investments, and robust financial planning. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving our financial stability and growth, ensuring Eastlight remains at the forefront of the housing industry. What You Will Do:Strategic Leadership: Direct the allocation of financial resources, enhancing our operational and strategic investment objectives.Financial Stewardship: Oversee our extensive portfolio, including investments, banking, and key funding relationships, maintaining compliance with legal and regulatory standards. Innovative Finance: Develop cutting-edge borrowing and investment strategies, identify and execute new capital ventures, and lead our capital raising and deal structuring endeavours.Dynamic Collaboration: As Eastlight’s primary financial representative, you will enhance relationships with investors, regulatory bodies, and financial institutions, furthering Eastlight’s reputation and strategic interests. Work closely with the Finance Director and other executives with the board members to align financial strategies with Eastlight’s ambitious goals.Culture Champion: Instil a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and professional growth within your team. Who You Are:Qualified Expert: You hold a professional accounting or treasury qualification (ACT, ACCA, ACA, CIMA, CIPFA, or equivalent).Experienced Leader: With significant experience in treasury management and financial strategy, preferably in housing or property, you are skilled in raising capital, managing debt portfolios, and navigating capital markets.Strategic Thinker: You possess outstanding analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a proven ability to lead financial operations and planning.Communicator & Influencer: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills define your professional interactions, enabling you to engage effectively with all stakeholders.
