Due to the expansion of our Domiciliary Care Service, we have an exciting new role for a Recruitment Manager to oversee our company recruitment.
Working closely with the hiring manager, internal stakeholders and the HR team, they will oversee all recruitment activities and requirements to deliver contracts as per the agreed implementation plan. They will understand the resourcing needs and advise on routes and methods to source qualified and suitable candidates. The role will involve travelling throughout Wales and the South of England.

The Ideal Candidate
Must have:
Proven track record of delivering recruitment projects in a complex, fast-paced environment
Previous experience in a similar Talent Acquisition / In-house Recruiter role
Experience in the Health & Social Care sector would be beneficial
Experience in working within an HR environment is an advantage
Experience using a variety of recruitment tools - job boards, LinkedIn Pro, social media etc
Bring a passion for diversity and inclusion throughout our hiring process ensuring our sourcing strategy underpins this
Excellent organisational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including IT literacy
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent presentation skills
Strong communicator at all levels; verbal and written to build and maintain internal and external relationships
Ability to see the bigger picture and proactively react to changing business requirements
Willingness to travel throughout Wales and the South of England
