An opportunity has arisen for a Compliance Administrator within our Customer Solutions Department in Haydock. 

The role will report directly into the Process & Compliance Lead and require working closely with our internal and external customers/partners. 

As part of this role, you will be responsible for auditing operational and system activities of our colleagues to ensure compliance to processes. 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Review compliance against implemented processes and feedback to colleagues and management 
  • Conduct proactive contract accuracy checks to capture non-conformance 
  • Support and conduct operational and system audits for customer solutions 
  • Engage with technical teams to specify and develop tools and features to support compliance. 
  • Compilation, maintenance, and submission of reports and notifications to track and support compliance 
  • Ensure any breaches in compliance are reported in a timely manner and escalated. 
  • Accountable for weekly and monthly reporting delivered to the business including performance KPI’s. 
  • Analyse and suggest improvements for Customer Solutions systems and processes. 
  • Support and implement strategies to improve efficiency and quality. 
  • Create a culture of improvement by communicating with colleagues

  • Excellent negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Capable of developing strong customer and supplier relationships
  • Committed and target/action focused.
  • Can adapt to individual and operational change in a diverse and fast paced organisation.
