Sodexo is currently seeking a dedicated Hospitality Head Chef to join our team in Central London. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the highest standards of food service delivery within our restaurant. 

Working closely with the Executive Chef, you'll be responsible for maintaining the high standards set within our Modern Recipe based offer and implementing innovative ideas in menu creation.

Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing and developing the food offer in our restaurant, ensuring the prompt and efficient preparation and delivery of all food areas to company and client standards. 

You'll work collaboratively with the Senior Sous Chef to review the food proposition and organization of the team, aiming to deliver a great customer experience.
