The Role

Job Title: Street Outreach Worker

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

We are looking for a Street Outreach Worker to work with people across Gloucestershire, who need support to find safe and secure accommodation. You will be part of an outreach service, acting as a keyworker, encouraging positive and healthy lifestyles and assisting people in accessing services which support complex needs such as, drug or alcohol issues and mental health concerns.  You will work closely with referring agents and partnership agencies to ensure that support is continued and enhanced.

Previous experience for this role would be great, but not essential as full training will be provided.  Some flexibility to carry out early shifts will be required.
