The Vacancy

We have an opportunity to join the Admissions and Marketing Team at Carlisle College, working on all aspects of administration related to new student recruitment, from managing online applications, to pro-active IAG support, and supporting Open Events, College Showcase activity.

This is a 12 month fixed term appointment to cover maternity, in a 3 day week role, and presents and exciting opportunity too join a highly focussed and positive team.

Duties include:

To provide a customer focused and responsive service to support the student & curriculum information service function, staff, students and management within the College.

Compile and produce timely and accurate statistical returns as required.

Contribute to the development and maintenance of appropriate systems, processes and procedures to meet the needs of customers of the School office function including CRM.

Contribute to the achievement of a customer focussed department and provide an appropriate and responsive service to the customers/clients both internal and external.

Complete clerical and administrative tasks in line with internal and external policies and procedures.

Deal with enquiries from internal and external sources to provide an effective response to students, clients and other stakeholders.

Assist in compiling data on a regular or ad hoc basis to assist with the production of information about the college and in specific relation to the admissions process.

Prepare documents using a variety of different sources e.g. word-processing, spreadsheets, databases.

Provide advice and guidance to students when required.
