The DWP Mid- Life MOT Programme has been designed to encourage and enable people to stay in work longer and enjoy a more secure retirement through helping them take stock of their Work, Wealth, and Wellbeing.

Join us as a Life Advisors and you will use a variety of techniques including effective diagnosis, individual and group coaching to support participants to access the programme and progress in their journey towards secure retirement. As a result, we are looking for Later Life Advisors with the knowledge, skillsets, and experience to work with different types of participants.What are we looking for?

We're searching for an individual who can provide outstanding customer service to participants which includes welcoming and clearly establishing the benefits of participation. Additionally, we are looking for;

Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships

Ability to coach and mentor individuals

IAG Level 3 (desirable)

Previous experience working in a performance target driven environment



Previous experience of supporting people with a range of barriers into work is desirable but not essential. We welcome applications from all candidates who are passionate about changing the lives of others.
