Who are we?

SABA Marketing is an independent digital marketing agency based in Winchester and London with clients across the UK. Our team have built a reputation for delivering industry-leading digital marketing campaigns for brands within the healthcare and hospitality sectors. 

We are looking for someone who we can help mold into a superstar salesperson so no sales experience is required for this role. All we need is confidence and an eagerness to make money. The role will be a hybrid sales and data role giving you first-hand experience within a marketing agency whilst also being able to apply your practical data skills to sales on a day to day basis. 

What does the role involve?

• Shadowing the directors and taking on a wealth of knowledge about marketing in 2024 & how to best utilise that to bring in new interest for SABA Marketing. 
• Be a contacting machine making outbound calls to build solid pipeline of clients to secure a good sales conversion and hitting sales targets (whilst also enjoying incentives!).
• Utilising newly learned data skills to collaborate with people externally and internally to influence conversations with prospects and clients.
• Using Microsoft Excel and utilising spreadsheets to model information in graphs, tables and V look ups etc to support business growth.
• Become an expert in handling objections; identify current issues, provide solutions and handle all queries. 
• Communicate sales data through conversions and technical documentation.
• Collecting/Storing/Fault identifying data in a Secure Manner.
• Book, schedule and confirm meetings for our sales directors to be sat virtually or in person, continually building a sales pipeline.

What we’re looking for

• A goal-driven and fun approach to work and life.
• Previous phone-based sales experience is beneficial, but not essential.
• High energy, competitive and positive attitude.
• People who are customer-focused, driven and ambitious.
• Confident communicator.

Applicants must have GCSE level 4 or above in Maths and English.

Entry requirements:

• 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
• GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
• Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject

You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.

If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.
