Are you a skilled Project Manager seeking a new challenge?

We're currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to assist us in overseeing, supporting, and delivering a range of projects and change initiatives across the Group.

This role is available to cover a period of maternity leave on a 12-month fixed-term contract and will contribute to our recently established Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) function.

This is an exciting opportunity to join us as you'll be involved in a variety of projects of differing sizes and complexities, working alongside, and supporting a wide range of departments across the organisation.

Your responsibilities will encompass all aspects of project management, including managing project resources (including partners/subcontractors), project planning, scheduling, risk management, scope management, internal and external communications, status reporting, and resource management (both internal and external partners).

Some of the things we are looking for: 

Experience in Technical/Business analysis, product, or project management or similar in a Solution Delivery environment   
PRINCE2/AGILE/MSP/SCRUM PM certification   
Hands-on experience in managing all stages of a project life cycle and be able to wear multiple hats – Technical/Business Analyst, Product Manager, Project Manager, Scrum master - all of these are roles that will come into play with this position!   
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities / projects and pivot between responsibilities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment   
Excellent judgment, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills   
You should be an excellent communicator and with strong stakeholder management skills   
While this role is home based, you should have the ability to travel to Group offices and other locations for workshops as required. Our Group offices are located at Birmingham Business Park and Central Park, Worcester. Any required travel will be reimbursed in line with the current inland revenue mileage rates.
