As our Gardener for our residents that live with dementia you will ensure that the maintenance, development and presentation of the garden is maintained to the highest standard at all times. You will need to have a knowledge and understanding of the way in which to care for, manage and develop identified garden areas, including soil cultivation, digging, forking, watering, raking, weeding and planting.

Here’s some other important things you need to know:

· You will need to have know how to use hand tools

· Understand and ensure the implementation of the Care Homes Health and Safety policy, and Emergency and Fire procedures.
