Are you experienced in using OD tools and methodologies to help create positive change in organisations?

We’re looking for an experienced OD Partner to join our team, working closely with the Childrens and Families Directorate to help drive continuous improvement.

Main Responsibilities

As a dynamic and forward-thinking local authority, we’re committed to offering every Staffordshire child and young person the best start in life, and the chance to achieve their potential. Our Children and Families Directorate plays a crucial role in delivering that priority, working in partnership at a family and system level.   

As a member of our OD team and wider People Services team you will support the directorate to embed their vision and our values, adopt new ways of working, achieving cultural shifts in support of these.

The Ideal Candidate

For this role you’ll need to be comfortable operating ‘in the grey’ and enjoy helping clients to identify, explore, develop, and implement OD solutions that align with our vision and goals.

You’ll also be:
- A professional who can evidence significant experience of consulting with and facilitating senior and operational stakeholders to help them achieve positive change.
- Confident in using OD tools and methodologies to provide structure and rigour to your work.
- Able to quickly build high levels of trust and credibility with clients.
- A resilient self-starter who can manage yourself well in a challenging environment.
