The Vacancy
We are looking for an outstanding, innovative, and inspirational Quality and Tutor Coordinator to coordinate all aspects of quality monitoring and reporting within the online learning department. The role will involve driving quality improvement across the department to support excellence in teaching, learning and assessment. The successful candidate will build upon the achievements and strengths of the area and be able to share their outstanding quality knowledge and experience to further raise standards.
This role is an opportunity to create and build outstanding provision and to inspire and support the team in supplying an outstanding learner experience. The role will lead on the recording and use of data and information that provides curriculum insight and supports improved outcomes and opportunities for learners whilst ensuring that curriculum target setting, key performance indicators and tracking systems are maintained.
Applicants should ideally have experience within the area of Distance Learning and quality monitoring within a Further Education or Independent Training environment and have experience of quality monitoring. The successful candidate will consult extensively with the wider quality and management teams across the NCG divisions in addition to providing support for remote tutors.
