Aldermoor Farm Enhanced Resource Provision is looking for an experienced, reliable, passionate and patient HLTA to work as part of our team in both a challenging and rewarding environment. We currently have 8 children and are currently moving into our newly refurbished learning space.  

Our children at Aldermoor Farm are amazing and so are our staff. Professional development has been key to our rapid journey of improvement and ongoing success. Therefore, we invest heavily in the development of all our staff through training, coaching and progression opportunities. CPD is evidence based and aims to develop individuals' confidence and interests within education. We work hard to ensure that all members of staff are supported to have a healthy work-life balance.

To work collaboratively with the teacher in their responsibility for the development and education process by utilising detailed knowledge and specialist skills to undertake 'specified work' and provide care and supervision to children/young people. 

If you have HLTA status or equivalent qualification and experience of working with children with SEND, then we would love to hear from you.
