Team Administrator 

Location -  Flexible home and office working with travel to office in Potters Bar, Hertfordshire two or three times per week

37.5 hrs per week

£23,000 pa

Key responsibilities:

Match-Funding Grants Management. Management and co-ordination of Match-Funding Grants, including:

  • Planning and organising publicity
  • Collecting and collating media content
  • Conducting reviews of performance
  • Managing Grants budget

Administration. Overseeing the Foundation’s administrative responsibilities, including:

  • Organising and managing team diaries
  • Managing Shared Drive for accurate and proper document storage
  • Connecting queries to correct staff members
  • Managing organisation’s inbox
  • Organising trustee meetings

Communications. Acting as the first port of call for stakeholders and supporting our communications activities, including:

  • Lead on managing our Salesforce CRM and grants management system;
  • Acting as the initial contact for both staff and organisations seeking funding from the Foundation;
  • Responding to funding, grant application, and beneficiary enquires by phone, e-mail and letter;
  • Liaison with external stakeholders, grant recipients, CareTech Ltd colleagues and other stakeholders;
  • Communicating with sponsors and donors of each grant and supporting their stewardship;
  • Producing and presenting recommendations and reports for decision-making committees;
  • Research in relation to current funding priorities or potential new areas of activity; and,
  • Supporting with coordinating and updating Foundation’s website and social media channels.
