UX Designer

Are you passionate about creating intuitive digital experiences? Eager to dive into user behaviour and motivations? We're on the lookout for a UX Designer to join our digital team.

You'll be the creative innovator behind our digital experience, mapping journeys and creating designs that enhance our members' lives, making their experiences smoother and more enjoyable.

Collaborating with various teams, you'll delve into user needs and bring them to life in your designs.

Your role will be crucial in helping to deliver cutting edge digital products to our customers, evolving our online presence and ensuring users are able to meet their goals quickly and efficiently.

What Will You Be Doing?

At Skipton, there’s always something to be getting involved in, and this role is no different!

  • You’ll collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define proj ect requirements and objectives.

  • Be involved in user research and analysis to gain insights into user behaviours, preferences, and pain points.

  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to visualise design concepts and interactions.

  • Iterate on designs based on feedback, usability testing, and data-driven insights.

  • Ensure consistency and coherence across all digital touchpoints, adhering to brand guidelines and design standards.

This role is within the User Experience function in our Digital team. The growing team consists of User Researchers, UX Designers, Service Design, Customer Empathy & Journey Design Specialists.

We collaborate with teams across the Society so we can design seamless experiences across every touch point, by gaining a deep understanding of the needs of our members’ we can influence and drive continuous improvements to their experience.
