Your key responsibilities will be supporting multi-skilled engineers in maintaining and repairing our customers’ homes treating damp and mould and general maintenance work within our repairs team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property maintenance and be able to work independently.

You will support in diagnosing and repairing faults, perform routine maintenance and respond to emergency repair requests, ensuring that you maintain accurate records and work is completed to a high standard. You must be willing to learn, with a keen eye for detail.

To succeed in this role you will need:

• Previous experience in property maintenance
• Genuine all-rounder with good practical trade skills
• Problem solving skills
• Ability to work independently
• Flexibility to undertake and complete the role to high levels of quality and customer satisfaction
• Good communication skills
• A full UK driving licence.

This role covers the Gloucestershire West region and will therefore involve travel. You’ll need to have a full, clean driving licence, and be willing to work 40 hours per week. Due to the nature of the role, an enhanced DBS check will be completed for the successful applicant.
