We have an opportunity for a Supported Living Officer to join our specialist housing team based at Heenan Court, Worcester, with occasional travel to nearby schemes and Platform Housing offices when required. 

You will work alongside your colleagues in the Supported Living team to provide a comprehensive tenancy and estate management service to residents at the Heenan Court property, as well as other facilities in Worcester when required. This is a role where you can look forward to full support and guidance from your colleagues to ensure a first-class service is provided.

This is a part-time role, working 21 hours per week on a shift rota basis.

What could you be doing? 

As a Supported Living Officer, you will be providing a housing and tenancy management service to maximise tenancy sustainment. 

You’ll be a regular and flexible customer contact for the residents, providing practical and preventative support and advice.

Respond to reports of Anti-Social Behaviour in line with policies and procedures and log cases using the in-house data base system

You provide effective building management, including property inspections, risk assessments, H&S monitoring and compliance checks.

Responding, investigating and taking timely action to reported breaches of tenancy/leasehold agreements will be a key part of the role.



Some things we need from you: 

Experience within the Housing sector or in Supported Living would be preferred.

You will be customer focused and may have experience of working with customers to solve complex issues 



Great interpersonal skills, and used to communicating with people from diverse backgrounds 

Keen to deliver high standards with an ability to look to improve services

Confidence using digital devices, ICT software and systems 

An Enhanced DBS check is also required for this role. 

Full UK driving license
