Platform Property Care has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Multi Skill Tradespersons based in Leicestershire to join our Responsive Repairs team to help us maintain and improve our homes. 
As part of our talented team, you will have a base trade in one of these required roles:
• Multi-skill Trades Carpenter - Salary up to £34,736 per annum
• Multi-skill Trades Plumber (Bathroom Fitter) - Salary £31,808 - £34,736 per annum depending on experience & qualifications

What could you be doing?
You will be ensuring our customer’s homes are maintained and repaired to a great standard.
You will thrive on giving great customer service, keeping jobs on track and possess the drive to make sure the work is completed to spec.   
The role is varied and no two days are the same!   It's a tough task and our expectations are high. In return you’ll have the support of a great team!
Some things we need from you
• Experience of delivering Multi Trade work,
• For Multi-skill Carpenter you will be qualified to at least NVQ L2 & Locksmith experience is also preferred
• You will have good organisational skills and experience of keeping jobs on track 
• And the personal drive to ensure works are completed quickly, efficiently and delivered right first time 
• A full driving licence is essential as this is a mobile role, a van with fuel card is provided
This post requires a basic DBS check and you will need a full UK driving licence. You will also be part of the out of hours’ rota.
