We're looking for a motived and experienced Band 6 Ward Nurse to join our innovative and passionate team at Sheppey Community Hospital, North Kent to help us to continue to change things for the better.
You can have experience in the Community, on the Ward, in Rapid Response or in a Care Home background as we are looking for clinical skills alongside leadership ability.
We have a full-time role (37.5 hours) and a part-time role (24 hours) available with the opportunity for some flexible working with shift patterns such as the following:
5 x 7.5 hour shifts which are 7am - 3pm (early shift) and/or 12 noon - 8pm (late shift) and/or night shifts
Or
3 x 12.5 hour shifts which are 7am - 8pm or night shifts

You will be a registered Nurse with license to practice and should be passionate about the rehabilitation of patients in your care and be encouraging them to aid their ability for independent living. Our services operate 24/7, so a willingness to cover all shift patterns including nights and weekends is essential.
If you have worked in a Ward, Rapid Response, Community or a care home enviroment. The key skills are based on the clinical knowledge and managerial exposure.
You will also need to be confident using IT systems and be able to demonstrate working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel.
