The purpose of this role is to foster sustainable margin enhancements through the implementation of Annual Operating Plans (AOP’s). This function will play a critical role within the department by interacting with key stakeholders, both external and internal. You will lead, coach and develop the export team which is responsible for the commercial support and logistic activities related to export sales.

Support the Director of Export sales and the Senior commercial managers on achieving adequate level of stocks and service levels. Propose and implement performance improvements initiatives within the department, such as “New ways of Working” in international logistics and supply chain.

What You'll Need:

• Sound academic Qualifications/experience
• Experience of dealing with major retailers/customers
• Experience of dealing with logistic Supplier
• Experience in dealing with commercial and logistics aspects of frozen poultry meat products
• Previous experience in Export business;
• Basic Understanding of slaughterhouse operations and production flows;
• Analytical profile with some experience in project management;
• Commercial Acumen
• Confident in presenting to both internal and external parties
• Concise communicator with strong interpersonal skills;
• A can-do approach; gets the job done. High energy levels.
• Able to function well in a team, but also work well on own.
• Highly organised, through account management ability. Able to prioritise
• Able to adapt and grow within a fast moving and proactive business
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills; and availability to travel, including overseas, as required.
