An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive and passionate individual with a drive to succeed, to join a global company at their site in Dungannon.
As HR Officer you will provide technical HR expertise in a professional HR function and provide a proactive service across our various sites within the Dungannon, Ballymena and Craigavon areas, therefore some travel between sites is required.
Some of the role duties and responsibilities are listed below;
- To provide day to day HR support to a range of leaders and employees across various locations in NI.
- Provide training, coaching and support to managers on HR policies, procedures and legal requirements, ensuring fairness and consistency.
- Deliver effective recruitment, selection and retention solutions, all within HR best practice and legislative guidelines.
- Manage employee administration.
- Complete weekly, monthly HR reports and KPI information and reports required
- Monitor and assist mangers in the application of the company’s attendance management policy liaising with occupational health where applicable.
- Where applicable provide a day to day interface with local union reps and build positive relationships with them.
- Ensure the employee performance is regularly reviewed in line with company procedures.
- Monitor and support leaders with employee relations in line with current employment legislation.
- Carry out any adhoc project work in line with business need.

- CIPD equivalent qualification
