My client is a well established award winning contractor looking to recruit an experienced No.1 Site Manager to run a scheme initially in Speke. This is a new build that requires a client facing No.1. You will have forged your career to date with a regional or national contractor and will be experienced in running your own projects from inception to completion. A good D+B knowledge base would be advantageous. Typically my clients schemes range from £2m-£6m and cover industrial and commercial building. As my client does not undertake residential projects a house building background would not be suitable for this particular role.
