My client is a well established award winning contractor looking to recruit an experienced No.1 Site Manager to run a scheme initially in Manchester. The scheme is a new build that requires a client facing No.1. You will have forged your career to date with a regional or national contractor and will be experienced in running your own projects from inception to completion. A good D+B knowledge base would be advantageous. Typically my clients schemes range from £2m-£6m and cover industrial and commercial building. As my client does not undertake residential projects a house building background would not be suitable for this particular role. My client is seeking a manager with a strong track record in permanent employment. Typically projects will be around the Manchester and North West therefore a max travel in the future of up to an hour may be required. Please send a CV in the first instance.
